For Less Stress and Better Sleep Quality
Many people suffering with anxiety have showed to have low levels of magnesium in their bodies. Magnesium is responsible for producing the mood-elevating hormone – serotonin. It also calms the nervous system by reducing adrenaline and lends a hand in the body's natural detoxification process. Although there is little scientific evidence that magnesium can be absorbed through the skin. Many people report that Epsom salts baths help with relaxation and even aids with better sleep quality.
How to Use:
For Less Stress and Better Sleep Quality: Add 1-2 cups to warm water and allow to dissolve. Soak for 15 – 20 minutes. Can be used daily. Add a few drops of lavender oil to the bath to increase relaxation.
For Post-Workout Recovery: 1-2 cups to warm water and allow to dissolve. Soak for 15 – 20 minutes. Can be used daily.
For Foot Care and Pain Relief: Add 4 tablespoons to 2 litres of room temperature water. Mix and soak the sore and injured foot/feet for 20 minutes. Can be used daily.
For Beautiful Skin: Add ½ a cup to ½ a cup of coconut / almond oil. Other essential oils can be added to give the scrub a smell. Mix and gently massage a small amount of the scrub in a circular motion onto clean, damp skin. Can be done once a week.
For the Garden: Add 1 tablespoon to 4 litres of room temperature water. Mix and water plants. Can be done monthly.
